At HF Recovery, we take pride in supplying high-quality supplements. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

Due to health, safety and hygiene regulations, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on supplement purchases.

This includes:

• Incorrect choice

• No longer required

• Taste or preference

• Ordered the wrong product

• Found cheaper elsewhere

Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened supplements, including:

• Powders

• Capsules or tablets

• Liquids or sprays

This applies even if only a small amount has been used.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is:

• Faulty or defective

• Damaged in transit

• Past its expiry date at the time of purchase

• Not as described

• Incorrect item supplied

If so, HF Recovery will offer:

• A replacement, or

• A refund to the original payment method, or

• Store credit (if agreed)

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you believe your product is eligible for return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide:

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos where relevant

Our "Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store" (BOPIS) service is a convenient and free way to get your items quickly. 

Key Details:

Cost: This service is completely free; you save on shipping costs.
Same-Day Pickup: Orders placed by 11:00 am local store time are generally available for pickup from 3:00 pm the same day (subject to stock availability).
Order Notification: Please wait for a confirmation email/SMS before heading to the store. This message confirms your order is ready and waiting for you. Orders are typically ready within a few hours of the cutoff time.
Identification Required: When collecting your order, you must bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.
Pickup Location: Orders can be collected from the dedicated Service Desk or designated pickup area in your selected store location. Clear signage will direct you.
Flexible Collection Window: Your order will be held for a specific period (e.g., 7 days) from the time it becomes available. If you cannot collect it within this timeframe, please contact the store to arrange an extension.
Stock Availability: All items are subject to real-time inventory checks. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will notify you immediately to arrange a substitution or refund.
